About the Course
The vision and focus of this class is to equip people who feel called to pastor, oversee a campus, or plant a church or mission.
It will be focused on practical mentoring and discussions with Pastor Dale and other Pastor’s who’ve effectively led churches or missions for many years. There will be all of the practical aspects included such as helping to do weddings, funerals, hospital visitation, healing prayer sessions, and giving a teaching and an evangelistic message. A great deal of space will be given to asking questions, receiving feedback and evaluation as well as encouragement after practical ministry activities.
There will be weekly podasts to listen to, different kinds of meetings such as weddings, prayer meetings, healing prayer sessions that you will be asked to attend. It will be both in person and on zoom. Held from noon to 1:30 on Fridays as a Leadership lunch.
